Conveniently located at the Buckley Bay Ferry Terminal for the Denman Island crossing, our Seafood Shop provides the best selection of British Columbia seafood products. This is the ideal place to find our farm fresh clams, mussels, oysters, and live crab. Stop in and grab a seafood snack of candied salmon or even some of our house made sushi! 

This location is a hidden gem along the Old Island Hwy. In the summer we are a great stop for a snack long your drive, we even have a few picnic tables where you can make your own perfect sea-cuterie down by the bay. We are open daily from 9am-5pm!

Fanny Bay Oysters began farming shellfish in Baynes Sound with the Hadden family over 40 years ago. Fanny Bay Oysters became synonymous with top quality single grown beach grown oysters and shucked oyster meat from British Columbia. In 2006 the Hadden's retired and sold Fanny Bay Oysters to the Taylor family who combined it with their farms in the Desolation Sound just across the straight of Georgia to create Canada's largest producer of shellfish. Over the years we have continued to grow our world recognition for our top quality products that now include manila clams and salish mussels along side our classic Fanny Bay Oysters and premium SunSeeker Oysters. We are a fully integrated company that operates our own hatchery, nursery, grow out, processing, and distribution direct from our farms in the Baynes, Desolation, and Okeover Sounds.
