Since the spring of 2005, Heron Rock has been James Bay's neighbourhood bistro, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. We support and serve the produce of many local organic farmers and use organic, or hormone and antibiotic free, local meats whenever possible. Whether it be produce from the Saanich peninsula, beef and lamb from the ranchlands of the interior, or Mussels from Salt Spring Island, we feel that great food begins with high quality products.
